Subconscious bias is definitely a topic that is worth delving into. I think in this piece, I was interested in looking at some of the structural and cultural issues facing policing, including the domination model and systemic racism. I agree, though, that taking a look at the subconscious bias of individual officers themselves would be worth a look and how our society reinforces those biases. There has been some good writing on that recently, including coverage of interesting online tests individuals can take to test their own bias, and interesting reports about bias and security/policing. Thanks for your insight.

Re: My 3 words for 2015

Thanks very much!

Re: Immigration & Diversity news headlines – February 20, 2014

Thanks to the Canadian Immigration Services. There are ample immigration law firms in Canada who can help out on the new immigrants. The new immigrants face many problems and it's necessary for them to be updated with new immigration and the diversity news headlines.

Re: I’m taking a year off to be a stay at home dad

Congratulations Marco! That is why labor of immigration attorneys becomes more necessary every year. I appreciate when good immigration lawyers share their knowledge and experience in articles. That is why I like to read everything you write. Would you please become an author of immigration law articles http://attorney-online.info... on Attorney Online?
